Garda Competency Based Interviews (GCBI) was established in 2015 by retired Superintendents John Mc Fadden and Vincent O’ Brien. Both members have a wealth of knowledge and experience in Garda competency based interviews and share a common desire to impart that experience with potential candidates for An Garda Siochana, as well as serving members seeking promotion or internal appointment.
Based in the North West they provide one to one professional advice & training on Application form completion, Interview techniques and Career planning. Both members combine theory and practice through their educational qualifications and experience to provide a first class service. Competency based interviews are used by many organisations.
